Mediator Gary S. Cash (Ret. Judge)

Judge Cash served as an elected North Carolina District Court Judge in Asheville for twenty five years. During his judicial career, he presided over thousands of cases involving child custody, child support, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution, contract disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury and various other civil matters. Now, with more than forty years of legal experience as an attorney, trial judge, mediator and arbitrator, he has developed a highly respected reputation for facilitating the resolution of cases outside of the courtroom with compassion, dedication and fairness.
